Mental training is the process of developing mental and emotional skills to enhance performance in various areas of life, including sports, work, interpersonal relationships, and personal development.
It is a form of planned, systematic consulting work that focuses on overcoming mental barriers and utilizing an individual’s full potential. It helps people cope better with challenges.
Unlike therapy, it does not focus on the client’s deficits, but rather on their resources – the goal is to bring them to light so they can be fully utilized. Mental training sessions are held in complete confidentiality and in an atmosphere of acceptance, openness, and trust. Sessions can be conducted online or in person.

Coaching is a process in which the coach supports the client in achieving their goals, developing skills, and unlocking potential. It is an interactive method of development, aimed at maximizing the client’s personal and professional capabilities.
A coach does not provide ready-made solutions, but rather creates space for reflection and independent discovery of the path to the desired outcomes.
Mental training incorporates many coaching tools.
However, what distinguishes it from coaching is that it allows the practitioner to offer ready-made solutions when needed. It also uses methods such as visualization training, mindfulness techniques, or meditation – all tailored to the individual client’s needs.
Combining mental training with coaching gives me a broader toolkit and the flexibility to apply personalized methods depending on the client’s needs.
Mental training can be used to achieve quick results – for example, just before an athlete enters a competition, or right before a public appearance.
Coaching is a more complex process and often requires more time to reach the set goals.
